These Terms of Service govern use of tekforgegear.com and purchases from TekForge Industries, operating under the Tek Forge brand ("Tek Forge," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms before placing an order. By affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to the terms applicable to your purchase. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.
Please review product descriptions, size charts, materials, and care instructions before ordering.
Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting. Minor manufacturing variations may occur. These variations do not excuse delivery of defective merchandise or products materially different from their descriptions.
Sizing information is intended to help you select a size and does not guarantee individual fit. Follow the care instructions supplied with each item. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, drying, alteration, misuse, or ordinary wear.

The final-sale policy does not eliminate remedies for defective merchandise, incorrect items, products materially different from their descriptions, or orders we fail to fulfill.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@tekforgegear.com promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Please provide photographs when reasonably available and retain the packaging for a possible carrier inspection. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Contacting us does not waive any statutory deadline or consumer right.
When a refund is required, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible, within the applicable legal timeframe. Store credit will not replace a legally required monetary refund without your agreement.
Processing and shipping information appears on the product page or at checkout. Carrier transit estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
We will ship within the stated shipment timeframe. If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will comply with the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide the required delay notice and an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund. We will cancel and refund orders when required by law.
Preorder and made-to-order shipment estimates will be disclosed before purchase. They remain subject to applicable delay-notice and refund requirements.
Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for consequential losses caused by those disruptions. Such events do not eliminate our legally required fulfillment or refund obligations.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Where permitted by law, additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or an unclaimed package may be your responsibility. We will disclose any proposed charge before reshipping.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location, household members, building management, and carrier, and notify us promptly. We will review the available information and reasonably assist with a carrier investigation.
A carrier delivery scan does not, by itself, eliminate rights concerning nondelivery. Responsibility for loss or damage during transit is determined by applicable law and the circumstances. We do not disclaim responsibility for our own fulfillment errors.
After actual delivery to the correct address, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for subsequent theft or loss outside our control.
For international orders, any customer responsibility for import duties, taxes, or customs charges will be disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer protections in the destination jurisdiction remain applicable.
